PDF Remove Pages is the everyday cleanup tool for documents that ended up with extras — a blank trailing page from a scanner, an internal notes page you don't want to share, a duplicate from a double-feed. The ToolEdge PDF Remove Pages tool gives you a tile grid where you click to mark pages for removal, then downloads a clean PDF with those pages cut. The processing runs entirely in your browser via pdf-lib — your file is never uploaded.
Like the merge and split tools, removing pages is a structural edit: we copy the page objects you keep into a new PDF, drop the ones you marked, and re-save the file. No re-rendering, no quality loss, file size shrinks proportionally to the number of pages removed. Internal links and document-level metadata are preserved where they don't reference removed pages.
Common use cases
- Removing a blank trailing page from a scan.
- Cutting an internal notes / cover page before sharing a document externally.
- Deleting a duplicate page caused by a double-feed in the scanner.
- Trimming an N-page contract down to just the pages that are actually relevant to a counter-party.
- Removing watermarked sample pages from the front of a downloaded PDF document.
